4. The European Central Bank, any other central bank, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Investment Bank; or

5. An investor whose initial subscription is at least €30,000 and who has held a professional position in the financial sector for at least one year which has enabled him to acquire a knowledge of the strategy employed by the Fund; or

6. An investor, be they a physical or legal person, whose initial subscription is at least €30,000 and who meets one of the following three conditions:

a) They provide assistance in the technical or financial field to non-quoted companies that fall within the Fund’s object with a view to their creation or their development;
b) They provide the Fund’s management company with assistance with a view to seeking potential investors or contribute to the objectives it pursues when seeking, selecting, monitoring or disposing of the investments;
c) They have investment capital knowledge acquired as direct providers of capital to non-quoted companies or as subscribers either in a private equity investment fund launched with no publicity or canvassing or in a fast-track private equity investment fund or in a non-quoted venture capital company; or

7. An investor whose initial subscription is at least €30,000 and who holds deposits, life insurance products or a portfolio of financial instruments to a total value greater than or equal to €1,000,000; or

8. A company that meets two of the following three criteria as of the end of its last financial year:

a) A balance sheet total greater than €20,000,000;
b) A turnover greater than €40,000,000;
c) Capital and reserves greater than €2,000,000; or

9. An investor whose initial subscription is greater than or equal to €500,000.
