Antin IP comprises a stable team of core partners who have been working together since early 2008. We have assembled an investment team comprising an optimal mix of industrial and financial backgrounds in order to leverage from a deep and complementary set of skills and experience covering private equity, infrastructure, M&A, debt structuring, legal and taxation expertise. The team members have been involved in a large number of transactions in Antin IP's target infrastructure sectors, throughout continental Europe and globally. We maximise our team's capabilities by cross fertilizing the array of skills and experience in creating different project teams for each transaction under analysis, combined with a consistent top level review process by the Investment Committee.
We feel that we understand the sectors and businesses in which we operate very well and believe that this deep knowledge and experience will prove invaluable in driving value in difficult economic conditions as well as avoiding unsuccessful or underperforming investments. Our contact base is deep and differentiating and will, we believe, enable us to concentrate largely on non-auctioned opportunities.
