Responsible firm

At Antin, we are not only a responsible investor, we are dedicated to being a responsible firm. Antin has actively cultivated a diverse and inclusive workplace, with team members from over 30 different nationalities and women representing more than 40% of our firm. We continuously work with our sustainability team to further develop and enhance our sustainability strategy. 

Furthermore, we continually collaborate with peers in order to inform, develop, and promote the widespread adoption of responsible investment strategies within the financial industry. We are proud to have been appointed as a Steering Committee member of the UN PRI-endorsed Initiative Climat International (iCI), the world’s first private equity-focused initiative on climate change. Moreover, we are an active member of Invest Europe’s Responsible Investment Roundtable, France Invest’s ESG Commission, and the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA)’s ESG Working Group.
