Jack Bertram joined Antin in 2026 as a Partner in the Performance Improvement team, responsible for driving value creation within portfolio companies. He works closely with investment professionals and management teams to design and deliver operational transformations throughout the investment cycle, from due diligence through to exit.

Jack brings more than 25 years of operating and transformation experience across transport, logistics and infrastructure. Prior to joining Antin, he served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialised in large-scale performance improvement and value creation programmes. Between his two periods at McKinsey Jack was Managing Director, Strategy, Pricing & Growth at Royal Mail Group plc.

Jack holds a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
