Walid Damou joined Antin in 2026 as Group Chief Financial Officer and Partner.

He oversees the group’s finance, fund administration, shareholder relations, corporate development and risk management functions.

Walid joined Antin from CVC Capital Partners, where he was Head of Business Development and Shareholder Relations. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, advising private markets companies on landmark transactions — including Antin’s IPO in 2021. He began his career at Credit Suisse in 2011.

Walid holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris.
